***STUDENTS:Region Jazz students, please be ready for sign up and payment for your region registration.  Please see Ms. Stevenson or Mr. Espinoza.  Bring your own hair supplies: gel, hair ties, bobby pins that match your hair color.  If you wear a hair band, it must match your hair color as well.   Make sure you are passing off your music!  Eat healthy, hydrate and wear a ball cap at all rehearsals!  Pass everything off now so you can march the football performances.  Flashfund Fundraiser is still going, so get the word out!!  Symphonic Band will start at 1:20pm – please be on time.  Lastly, we will be signing up for hotel rooms for McAllen BOA as well as buses.

***PARENTS AND STUDENTS: We have been invited to perform at the Mexico vs Argentina Soccer game.  We are only allowed 100 students to perform, so we will have a 1st come, 1st serve sign up starting with leadership, seniors, then through all classes. We are in need of some parent help for sewing and uniform assistance.  If you are interested, please email Ms. Stevenson.  Check out our band website for various volunteer opportunities.  In order to do so, you must cleared a background check.  We NEED your help on fundraisers!  Please participate.  Please start using the google calendar for up to date Charger Band happenings.  You can sync the calendar to your smart phone by clicking the +google button at the bottom right of the calendar at www.wcchargerband.org

Let’s have a GREAT week!
