THANK YOU, Charger Band, for a fantastic Jazz Festival! What a fun day! Everything ran very smoothly and the evening concert was a blast! ***STUDENTS: Fiesta week is here! You must hydrate NOW for the entire week. Hydrate each day and get out and walk. Have the right attire for all events and bring your water jug to Battle of Bands and rehearsals. Jugs mut have the band black sleeve covering. We will have water for your during the parade. Be at practices, have your music for the parade memorized (Charger Nation and Apache). Have Battle of Bands music in your flip folder and please be on your best behavior. I know you will.

***PARENTS AND STUDENTS: This week is crazy, but also provides the best moments for your kids and family. Please volunteer for fiesta, helping to load or unload equipment, supporting your child and the program at the events, etc. Be there to watch the kids perform at a high level and cheer them on. If you are volunteering for the parade or B.O.B., please hydrate and get out to walk or jog leading up to the event. Parents, please be patient as a lot of these events and scheduling is fluid due to so many people being on site. We will keep you posted on band app. Disney Trip deadline has passed but there is some good news and tricky news to update you all with. I will send out more info in a separate email.

If you are still not on Cuttime, which means you are not receiving emails (after you have checked your spam folder), please have your child create their account on Cuttime and then you can follow that to build your relationship to your child on their account. You can do that on the homepage of www.cuttime.net Please see Band App and Calendar for more info. Please start using the google calendar for up to date Charger Band happenings.  You can sync the calendar to your smart phone by clicking the +google button at the bottom right of the calendar at www.wcchargerband.org.  Thanks!

Let’s have a GREAT week!
