Week 2 – 8/24/26 - 8/28/26
Updated rehearsal times, Fundraiser wrap up, Leadership Meeting, Lettermen Jacket Fitting, First Game & Pep Rally
The first week of school is done and it was a great one! Thank you to our crew parents that helped get us to our first stadium rehearsal this past week! Our Fan Pledge Fundraiser wraps up today and we are proud to report that we have reached our goal of $30,000!! We are so grateful for your efforts to share and donate to the Charger Band Program. The final incentive for directors to dress up in inflatables for a rehearsal will be scheduled soon.
Photo Buttons: Last day to order your buttons will be Monday! We are hoping to get them to you by Friday so you can sport them at the first game! https://wcbpa.mycheddarup.com/
Please read this week’s schedule and times carefully as we have made slight adjustments to accommodate wet bulb restrictions. Please make plans to accommodate our NEW RUN THRU REHEARSAL on FRIDAY @ 7AM.
Here is the schedule for the week:
**STUDENTS**
With one week in the books, make sure you start making it a habit to go to your teachers for tutoring in the morning. Eligibility will be at the 6 weeks grading period! Make sure we’re prepared and on time to all rehearsals. Your grade will begin to be affected for any unexcused absences from rehearsals. Reminder to get any outstanding fees turned in so you are eligible for this week’s first game. Make sure you are also in the Charger Band Google Classroom: https://classroom.google.com/c/ODcxNDg5Mjg1MjA1?cjc=efgboyo6
