***STUDENTS: Please pass school.  Be at tutorials and get work turned in as this is your final week od the 9 weeks. We have a pep rally this week – please be ready – show shirt and khaki shorts are needed all day. Due to hall of honor awards ceremony, we will perform for dance team at halftime and have a postgame show this week. Drumline will get info from Mr. Bean about a pregame performance with dance team.  Students will need to find their own transportation to the pregame performance due to buses being on routes at that time.  Please let staff know if that is not possible so we can make accomodations.  You will need to take full uniform and the provided meal with you to have at the stadium.  At UIL, please make sure you travel with a chaperone and in 2’s when moving at contests.  We will perform then depart since there is multiple hours before awards ceremony.  The staff will stay to meet with judges.

***PARENTS AND STUDENTS:
As a reminder, if you are going to pick up your child from out of town marching contest (not allowed at local events) please let Ms. Stevenson and our chaperones know 48 hours in advance.  We can no longer try to accommodate less than 48 hour notice as it has been difficult to make arrangements and spreads our staff and volunteers thin.  Please make it our to our performances this week – hope to see you there! Please start using the google calendar for up to date Charger Band happenings.  You can sync the calendar to your smart phone by clicking the +google button at the bottom right of the calendar at www.wcchargerband.org***STUDENTS: Please pass school.  Be at tutorials and get work turned in, please.  This is your final week of the 9 weeks.
